Early Years’ Child Care Referral Central (CCRC) program simplifies families’ child care search with expert guidance. Our referral specialists offer personalized referrals to local programs, insights on NC’s Star Rated Licensing system and support to afford quality care.

Early Years partners with child care programs to strengthen quality and support growth. From Child Care Referral Central to professional development and technical assistance, we offer services that help providers improve operations, enhance care, and connect with essential resources.
