2011 North Carolina Child Care Workforce Study

Through funding from Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, Early Years conducted a statewide survey of the early care and education workforce in North Carolina beginning in the spring and ending in early winter 2011. This study provides comprehensive data on teachers and directors and on the licensed early care and education facilities in which they work and is compared to a similar study conducted by Early Years in 2003.
